Optical Sensing has proven applications all around the world. This science has opened many doors by solving difficult field problems. Some of the advantages of optical sensing are not grasped by most. Increasingly, many pioneers are finding that the only potential limitation to the broad spectrum of possible applications is ones imagination. Today you will find widespread Optical Sensing deployments in Aviation, Energy, Environmental, Structural, Civil, Transportation, Aerospace and Security industries. The maturity of the solution is proven and the effort to educate many industries is well underway here in the US, which is a key goal of CMS.
